If you are going to buy a plasma TV, buy it from Visual Apex. Inc. I now know the reason they qualify for 5 stars.
After months of investigating, I chose Visual Apex partly due to their having a great price, partly due to the conversations I had with them, and partly due to their 5 star rating. (The only one so rated although I did wonder if they wrote their own reviews.) But, most important for me was that they are an authorized Panasonic dealer.
I ordered a Panasonic TH42PHD6UY on July 28th, a Wednesday. I was told that I could expect it by Thursday August 5. Well, I received it on Tuesday, August 3rd. That's about 3 business days from WA to NJ. Not too bad!!!
It arrived in perfect condition I am sure due to the way it was packaged and the shipper used.
The complete transaction was handled in a cordial manner There was even a follow up e-mail making sure everything was O.K. I must say that one might be a bit concerned about buying a high price article on the web, such as me, but I took a chance and could not have been more satisfied.
So, if you buy a plasma TV from some other dealer and have a problem, DON'T SAY I DIDN'T TELL YOU. VISUAL APEX IS THE GREATEST.
