I have shopped at the Woodwind Brasswind since college (1984-1988). I was a music major at Butler. They were first a brick and mortor and a mail order store (long before the arrival of the commercialization of the internet and the wwbw.com website. They are a great company. Members of the various music groups in Indy (including the Indianapolis symphony shop there. They are literally the biggest shop you can go to where you can try just about any brand of sax, clarinet, etc and get to try more than one of each. And the mouthpiece selection is beyond what you will find elsewhere. To say the email headers where the say as music123 is suspect at best. Copying of web templates is common especially if they are using a common web developer. I have never had any problem there. They will bend over backwards to help you. Dennis Bamber is the president (you may have heard of Bamber mouthpieces). If I need anything, it is the Woodwind that I go to. For those who are so hyped up thinking they are music123, drive up US 31 from Indianapolis. I do not think the build is a mirage. And like I said, I have shopped there since college.
