The Hp 1218 photo printer is a wonderful way to print in style. High quality photos are the only ones that come out of this printer. This is the perfect printer for the best photos, pictures, and other complicated documents.
The Hp 1218 is one of the best printers I have seen. It prints with amazing quality, so the pictures look real. Its features are plenty, and it is both Mac and Windows compatible, so you can use it anywhere. Also, it has two trays, so you can put your regular paper in one and photo paper in another. Another great thing is it detects changes in your paper to make each print come out great so it really does not matter what kind of paper you print on.
The 1218 can print from digital cameras and other devices such as Palms and laptops. This is another well-added feature of the printer, you don't have to download your pictures of your digital camera first.
There are really no cons. The printer is affordable, and as it takes forever for a cartridge to run out, you dont have to but them again. For a professional quality printer, the 1218 should be your choice.
