our first order was delivered ok with the proper batteries.
on our second order, i ordered everedy/ energizer brand batteries , but received a substitute brand, which i never heard of before, and which are listed on the web site at a lower price. (i was charged the everedy price)
on another situation, the web site describes the d cell 2-packs which i ordered as "panasonic industrial" batteries.
i received panasonic consumer batteries instead.
also, i have sent email inquiries on two occaisions regarding their inventory of other types of batteries which we use in significant numbers, but never received any sort of reply whatsoever.
to sum it up, their pricing is attractive, when, AND ONLY WHEN, they ship exactly what you ask for.
their customer service and commitmment to providing exactly the products that you order leave alot to be desired.
they appear to have a tendency to provide inaccurate descriptions of products on their web site, or perhaps even a proclivity towards shipping cheaper procucts as substitutes for items ordered.
they do not communicate with customers in any way after the order is received, except to ship it and arrange for some third party to notify you of the shipment status without the ability to respond to their notification.
there is no mention of shipping alternate goods, or query as to tha acceptability of substitute products.
while i will not completely stop buying from them, i will be very carefull about what i order, and what i actually receive.
