Thank you!! That chemical name sounds a bit nasty. :)

I appreciate your sharing this info.

Chemical Name: Formaldehyde-Melamine-Sodium Bisulfite Copolymer.

When used dry, can create a slight dust - which can bother some people. Therefore, reccomend wetting, then squeezing out all excess H2O.

I'm glad to hear that this product works...I've been really curious about it. Now I'm going to have to try it. Thanks for the great review...and if you find out what the 'magic' powder is, please let me know.

Hi Mark! I figured something had to be in there, too, when I felt my hands coated in an invisible powder. But I couldn't locate the ingredients anywhere. Wonder if they are Top Secret ... of course, Magic could be the answer!

Wishing you the best,
Dawn

When I squeezed out the excess water after wetting it the first time I noticed the water that ran out seemed clouded. I'm more than certain something's in there - I just don't know what. I suppose that's the Magic.

waiting for my free sample to arrive. After reading so many of these reviews on the Magic Eraser Duo, I can't wait to try it out for myself. It seems to be doing a pretty good job since so many are writing about it so quickly and so frequently.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this product, Dawn and thanks for the heads up on the allergy warnings. That's something I like to know ahead of time. Take care.
