My husband just got a new job as a production technician at the Nissan plant. He hasn’t ever worked third shift so this has been a big adjustment for us all. For him it has been hard to get used to sleeping during the day. I decided to order him a sleep mask to put over his eyes while he sleeps. Hopefully that will block out the sun so that he can rest better during the day.
I went to shopping.com and looked at the stores that sold sleep masks. I decided to purchase the sleep mask from Amerimark.com. Although this wasn’t the worst company I’ve ever dealt with it I can't say that I am happy with the transaction.

Checking the Status of Your Order:
You can visit their website and check the status of your order. It will tell you if the item is on back order or if it has been shipped. You need your order number to check the status of shipment.
My Experience:
On August 3, 2004 I placed an order for a black sleep mask. The site was easy to use. I found the item I was looking for with no problems and checking out wasn’t a problem. The sleep mask was in-stock and I should of had it within 7-10 days. Immediately after placing my order I was sent a confirmation email. Then on August 12, 2004 I was sent another email stating that my item was being mailed. I was a little bothered by that because I really should of had my item by then. So I figured I would have it in a couple of days. Finally the item arrived today on August 21, 2004. It took 18 days for my order to arrive. Aside from that, I feel like the shipping charge is excessive as well. They charged $4.50 for shipping and .95 for insurance. So the shipping was $5.45 on an item that probably cost them .60 to mail me. It came in a small, thin envelope.
I am really glad that my item finally showed up. I was beginning to wonder if I would ever get it. The condition of the item was very good and I am happy with the product. However, I would never order from this company again because the delivery was slow and the shipping was too high.
Their site claims “over 24 million satisfied customers since 1969". Well I can’t say that I am one of them.
