Pros: The best email PDA around. Phone works great.
Cons: No Macintosh sync, expensive

The good points:
1)You get email all the time without having to log on.
2)If you sign-up with ATT world connect, you can use the Blackberry for email and phone virtually anywhere in the world,
3)If you are a finance professional, you can get Bloomberg messages, quotes, charts and news on your Blackberry.
4) The phone works really well. I used to have an NEC 525 phone and a Blackberry and now have only the Blackberry.
5) Text messaging is easy to use, unlike on cell phone.
The bad points:
1) Not cheap to buy or use
2) Doesn't sync with Macintosh (how barbaric).
3) You look like a dork when you put the phone up to your ear.
