poor service; no support

My wife and I registered at Unicahome. Unfortunately, as we discovered, they are unable to provide the level of service necessary to support their products.
2 product were damaged as a result of heat. It turns out that the owners of Unica have been aware that the European design kettles are not compatible with the higher powered stoves in the US. They also failed to account for differences in wattage for lamp designs.
As if a fire hazard were not enough, they were unwilling to exchange to merchandise.
Probably best to go to other resellers - just take a look at the brands they sell on their homepage.
