Worst place for TEXTBOOK hunter

I do totally not recommend this merchant if you are a person who is looking for a textbook for your class.
Because most students want their textbooks to arrive in timely manner in order to do their homework assignments, or even prepare for exams.
And because I was lured by the price on their web site, I went to order my textbook from them. On the 3rd day after I placed my order, I made a phone call to their customer service to check up the status of my textbook. And the customer service said my textbook would be shipped today. However, the day after that (the 4th day of my order), I received cancellation e-mail said the item is not available at this time (unavailable titles are -not- placed on backorder), and my order is now closed.
Is that fair for customers? Not only I lost my 4 days to wait for nothing, I also have to order the textbook again from another merchant. In addition, during that period of wasted time, the textbook from other good deal merchants might be sold out.
In summary, do NOT stop by this merchant, go directly to another one. Do Not waste your time for nothing. Otherwise, you might lose your opportunity to order best deal textbooks from another merchant.
