I researched the vacuum I wanted first, and "googled" the vendor based on the vac I chose. Sifting through the results of my "Dyson vacuum vendor" search, I came across Best Vacuum.
The website was easy to navigate, easy on the eyes, and narrowed the field down quite nicely for me. Thrill of thrills, they have a refurbished department, as well! We chose the model we wanted, called the toll free number and ordered away. The operator who took our order was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the vacuum and the website content.
Three short business days later, our Dyson was on our porch, professionally packaged and looking as though it had never been touched, much less purchased, returned and refurb'ed, and re-packaged. What we ordered was exactly what we got.
Two days after that, I received a nice thank you card, with a personal note inside, and an assurance that any and all of our needs, post-sale, would be met immediately.
We have had no post-sale needs, and I was left with a wonderfully rosy feeling at having chosen the perfect product to be delivered by the perfect vendor. When it is time to purchase another vacuum, I will be turning to Best Vacuum first.
