Things worked great with this company until they had major e-mail server problems a few weeks ago. Things were not going well for the company and I posted my concerns on Crystaltech's Customer Service site. The response I got from customer support was insulting and unprofessional. I called them on the phone and found out it was the CEO himself who had posted the response! Heck of a way to deal with your customers. I moved to another hosting company.
