Sears.com is Dreadful - they just don't deliver the goods.

I attempted to order a refrigerator at Sears.com. Customer Service indicated that the refrigerator was available so I went ahead and ordered it. Since I did not receive a confirmation, I contacted them to ensure my order was in process. They then indicated that the fridge was not available and to select another. I selected another, called them to ensure the fridge was available and thought I finally completed the order. This time, I even received a confirmation via email with a delivery date. The order is completed, right? Not a chance - I get a call a couple of days before the delivery date that it is "out of stock." Very annoyed that Sears.com did not bother to confirm this fact BEFORE sending a confirmation, I called again, spoke to a manager and selected yet another model. They said they "understood" my frustration and assured me that this next fridge was in stock so I ordered it. Again no confirmation. Again I checked the status of my order only to find out that my fridge is not even on the delivery schedule. I called again to follow-up on my order - another Sears.com manager blithly tells me that the order was never processed and that the last fridge I selected was "out of stock". Grrrrr! I canceled my order on the spot only to find out it will take 6 - 10 business days before I see my refund (and I'd better see it too! - still waiting) Grrrrrrrrrrr! What a pain! It is simply not worth the aggravation. If you value your time, money and sanity, do NOT order from Sears.com.
