Let me say that I am very disappointed in this product. My husband is in advertising and travels a bit. We really needed a cell phone that was reliable. We bought the Motorola Startac because we were told it was the top of the line. We have had nothing but problems since the beginning. The phone is small and compact which is nice and it has a great look to it. We also bought the leather case which was supposed to protect the phone. The antenna broke in the first 3 months of use. It is not a study feature at all!!! We got that replaced and then the battery started to go. We were very careful to use the phone properly but the battery has a very short life to it. Also we have a problem with reception which is unbelievable to me. Sometimes the phone works and sometimes you can't hear a thing!!! Overall I was really disappointed that we spent over 200 dollars for a phone that has never worked correctly.
