I have had the truck for two months. I previously had a Dodge Dakota and really wasn't looking to upgrade to a full size, but the Ram caught my eye. Really a tough "macho" looking truck. I was even more impressed with the power over the Dakota. This truck has real go juice. In fact you might make sure seat belts are on due to whiplash. Just kidding... The other item is the roominess in the cab. I tried almost all of the competitors and was really impressed with the extra room in the cab. Then add the ride, real smooth. The 6 speed automatic transmission is smooth and from what the dealer told me learns your driving habits. It seems to have worked as I am getting decent gas mileage. I am averaging 15mpg, not awesome but not bad considering the Hemi and power.
The one item I would point out as a slight negative is handling over bumpy roads. The ridges in roads or over bridges can shake the steering wheel. Not out of control, but it does throw you at first. Overall worth it and it does get the looks, and ability to make the BMW trying to pass you on the right wonder why he can't get by...
