Visual Apex is easily one of the best merchants on the Internet. After months of research I finally decided upon a Panasonic PL-L500U projector, but still was not sure what to do about a screen. Visual Apex offered a package deal for the two for less than I could find anywhere else online. That package, combined with great reviews of their service, convinced me that Visual Apex was the way to go.
Money was a little tight, and I was concerned about missing out on the package deal. After writing them an email I was given an official quote for the package price that they would honor at any time, even if they officially discontinued that package. When the time came to place my order, their customer service was patient while I worked through issues with my bank (their computer system was down for a day), and my projector and screen were shipped and received faster than I expected. I have since received several follow-ups to ensure that I had a good experience with them and that my product works as advertised.
I guarantee my future A/V purchases will be through them. Without a doubt this has been my easiest and most satisfying online purchase. Highly recommended!
