You give a lot of information on both sides of the issue of 401K plans. Good job. I prefer another investment entirely, but I think your review was excellent.

That's true, there are a few companies that don't match. But the other advantages still make a 401K worthwhile.

I just wanted to let you know that I thought this was great.
One note, some companies do NOT match the 401K deposits (mine doesn't) but it is still a great vehicle from a tax savings perspective.
