I have ordered about 10 times from PizzaHut.com. Sometimes it goes smooth, other times not so smooth.
This review is for the PizzaHut.com website, not the quality of their pizza.
One issue is you can't just repeat last order like the site leads you to believe. Unless of course you ordered at "Regular Menu" price last time. No, you most likely ordered at a special price which is not longer in effect.
The next issue I ran into was tonight when I placed the order. Everything looked it went through, and I guess I should have kept the popup window open, but an hour later when I still had not received my pizza, I checked my email and found that "My order could not be processed due to a communication error". The email restated what I ordered and gave me the number for the local pizza hut. My thought: They should have called it into the local pizza hut instead of just dropping the order.
