Scrapbooking is a multi million dollar a year business and stickers are a huge part of that industry. Not those cheesy stickers that peel and fade after a few months but the glossy ones that shine for years. I came across the eSticker site when I was looking for a specific Halloween sheet of stickers that I couldn’t find locally; have any idea how hard it is to find Halloween stickers outside of the month of October? While most retail stores have had their displays of Halloween goodies up for weeks now, stickers seem to be the last thing to hit the shelves. But the site is more than just seasonal items – they carry a ton of theme related items, big names like Dora, Mickey Mouse and Winnie The Pooh, a great clearance section and sports related stickers. The site is easy to navigate and offers you free registration as well as a referral program that can earn you 10% off saving certificates. Not bad when you consider that it’s free and the prices on the items that they sell are extremely competitive with other sites and retail stores.
Selection
I came for the Halloween stickers and didn’t really expect to purchase more than that; that is until I started to browse the site and saw that there were tons of other sets and stickers that I really wanted. Little Annabelle was in her glory as we surfed the site – her excitement bubbled over when she saw all the Disney Princess sets and I couldn’t resist ordering a few of them for her to play around with. For less than six dollars a set I didn’t expect them to hold up to her rough ways but I was really impressed with how they handled it as well as how gently she peeled the stickers off and played with the “Princess Sticker Purse” [$7.99]. Outside of the Princess line you will also find sets and stickers from Sesame Street, Looney Toons, Nickelodeon characters like SpongeBob and Wild Thornberrys, Bob The Builder, NASCAR, Spider-Man and even Blue’s Clues. One of the first non-Halloween items I added to my card was the Scooby Doo Sticker Tote – it’s not really a tote per say but rather a collection of over one hundred stickers – all for the rock bottom price of $6.99. When I did the math on these I saved about three dollars over buying them separately, not bad, not bad at all.
For the holidays you can choose from all the major ones like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Hanukkah, Easter and Thanksgiving as well as the seasons. The one section of the site that I really ignored until recently was the pet section – I mean, come on – who really needs pet stickers? Well the section is more than just cats and dogs, it incorporates a lot of nature related items, floral designs and a tons of activity supplies for kids. The “Bug Picnic Play Pack” [$5.99] reminds me a lot of the old school Colorform peel and stick kits and is great for keeping smaller kids busy when you need a few minutes of peace and quiet. The Mrs. Grossman portion of the site is the biggest and has something for just about everyone – from scrapbook supplies to stickers, coloring books to super packs and almost everything in between. It’s so big and massive it has it’s own special section at the site! The one thing that I was really reluctant to purchase were the temporary tattoos – that must sound funny to admit coming from someone who is in the tattoo business. Annabelle spotted the Disney ones and begged for them and after twenty minutes of whining I gave in. I agreed to let her wear them but I wasn’t all that happy about it – tattoos aren’t toys. There are a handful or temporary tattoos at the site but I can only speak of the Disney ones – they looked nice when applied and came off quickly with baby oil.
Prices
If you are a scrapbook fiend then you will appreciate most of the prices at the site, if not then you may have to spend some time shopping around to compare prices. For me, this is sort of like one stop shopping – 80% of the stuff at the site is less than I would pay at a retail store and when you purchase the super packs or totes you do save a lot of money. If you want to really save money make sure that you check out the clearance section for even bigger savings. Since Annabelle has started to turn into a hard core sticker junkie I ordered her a few of the value packs [over 200 assorted stickers for $2.99] and had them shipped in her name – she was so excited to get a piece of mail in her name she made me open it and barked out the order “don’t wip it” as I peeled open the envelope. While you might be able to find some of the items cheaper elsewhere you’d be hard pressed to find a site that can bet eSticker overall.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is pretty straight forward and easy to understand: it’s free within the continental United States. Rates to Canada and Mexico are listed at the site and can be found at the bottom of any of the pages [look for the “shipping rates” link]. For me this is just another perk of the site – especially when you take into consideration that you are already getting competitive prices on the items they stock. Now many places offer free shipping these days and the few that do usually jack up the prices of their items or have hidden fees or clauses associated with them. Three cheers for eSticker and their free shipping! The only thing that worries me is the banner at the top of the page that reads “Free Shipping Offer Ends September 30” … I hope this is something that they will continue on with because it is one of the reasons that I recommend this site to other people.
Payment Options
eSticker accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and The Discover Card. At this time no other payment options are available but you can call customer service to see if they have added options for personal checks or PayPal. I’ve used MasterCard and Visa at the site and have never had any trouble with the transaction, billing or approval. My orders weren’t charge until the items shipped out but in all honesty, they are pretty quick to ship out so I saw the transaction processed within a few days of ordering.

Return Policy
You can return items within thirty days for an exchange or refund, this includes defective items or items that have been damaged while in transport. I’ve never had to make a return but knowing that they will accept returns on defective items makes me feel pretty good about shopping at the site. The items that I have received have been nicely packed and none of the stickers arrived bent or folded. As usual, if you return something the shipping fees to return them are your responsibility and if it is over a few dollars, spend the extra money to get delivery confirmation in case the package is lost or delayed.
The Bottom Line
So far I’ve had nothing but great luck at the site and really like shopping there. I am not really into scrapbooking but that doesn’t stop me from shopping there and picking up some great deals along the way. There are no site pop ups, the newsletter they offer is spam-free and gives you the skinny on sales, they have a nice referral program and there are no pop ups to deal with. This is a 100% safe site for kids as well – nothing offensive or objectionable to worry about and it the site doesn’t have links that take you to other outside sites. If you are looking for off the wall stickers or even just seasonal one, eSticker is a site to check out!
