I'm just trying to get a game from the "free trial". So far haven't had anything shipped, have been notified that there is a "problem" with my subscription and have frozen my account. Yet they're still saying that my free trial will expire in 9 days without shipping a single game. You sign up for a 10 day free trial and at least 2 days go by before they ship a game.
This is all before I've received before a single game.
