I am a victim of the complete failure of the IBM customer service.

My review relates to a Personal Home PC purchased from IBM. It was received timely, the order was accurate, the grievous problem that I had with IBM was with customer service, they are billing me $308 for a defective hard drive which I returned, (warranty) (can't understand how they arrived at $308 for a defective hard drive that sells new for $50) & I can't find a real person there to solve the issue. They have just put a collection agency on it. It's a ridiculous situation that if one of the many people who have read my letters (they don't put phone numbers on the letters they send me & they come from Montreal) had a bit of common sense should easily be able to figure out. My impression is they do their bare minimum job there and don't care. I am very dissatisfied and was going to buy another IBM until this happened. I think it will be a Dell.
