Customer service was fast when I was asking questions when I was considering buying the 2 chairs. However, once I purchased them, and paid for them, customer service ceased. The furniture was late in arriving, and I had 1 1/2 hour notice of delivery. When I unwrapped the furniture, I broke down in tears. It was advertised as high quality, and was the shoddiest stuff I had ever seen. I would not have even purchased this at a yard sale. The seams are sewn unevenly throughout both chairs. The front of one of the T cushions has a 2in hole where it was never even sewn together. It is now 4 in. The backs of the chairs are draped and tucked. You can take your hand and open the material and look down and see the wood framing. It came with plastic feet. Utterly horrible merchandise, They will only pick it up if I agree to pay freight and a 20% restocking fee, of which they will knock some off IF the maker of the chairs decides the furniture is defective. I am out 700.00. They do not have a 100% satisfaction policy as stated. They get your money no matter which way you turn.
