Worst Experience EVER!!! AJ Madison lies, Customer Service is rude, Tried to steal my money!

I ordered a range hood from A J Madison in Aug. When I received it, it was broken. I called immediately to get it exchanged. I was told by customer service that they would get it worked out. One week later, I had heard nothing. I called and they then arranged for UPS to pick it up. I was to be shipped a new unit immediately. UPS picked up the item, and it was shipped back to A J Madison. Almost 2 weeks after they had already received the damaged item, they had still not shipped my replacement. I had called many times and emailed with no response. I finally got in touch and demanded a refund. I was refused. They then sent out another unit. When I received it, it too was damaged. I called immediately, and was told UPS would come pick it up and I would be issued a refund immediately. UPS picked the item up, it was delivered to AJMadison, and I did not receive a refund. It has been a week, I have emailed and called several times and still nothing. I did receive an email today stating that they issued a refund yesterday. If they did in fact issue a refund, it is only because I filed a complaint with the BBB the day before. I would recommend never doing business with this company. Customer service is rude and will lie to cover their behinds. This is the worst online experience I have ever had!

We gave the customer full refund.
We only charge the consumer if he is fully satisfied with the shipment.
