A must stop when I'm in the area. Nice to see they do a full gamut of beers, too.
Great review as usual!

LOL ... well, I'm married, and it only took "Hey, do you like margaritas...". The Wilmington location is pretty nice, even compared to the others. Where do you live anyway?

I've enjoyed the Media location, though it did seem to fit in a bit too well with the upscale shopping center frequented by the McMansionites surrounding it. I'll give the Wilmington version a try.
Oh, and "young, beautiful and you know beer - WILL YOU MARRY ME?" -- you'd be surprised how well that line works.

Yeah, this place seems a little nice for the t-shirt and torn jeans crowd, but I don't think that there is a dress code, so stop in and enjoy the wares.
And I know what you mean about Philly - I just discovered a new hole-in-the-wall place: Ray's Tavern - still the same as it was when it opened in 1938 (although they cleaned it once or twice since then).

I've heard about that place, but never made it there. Both a friend of mine and my cousin have raved about it, so I guess I'll have to check it out.

I'm in the DE area all the time! But it's usually in a company truck and wearing skanky work clothes with roofing materials smeared liberally in various places. Even so, I'll have to keep this one in mind for that day (that will surely come sometime soon) when I'm tooling around Wilmington with nothing to do but drink... Well, perhaps it won't be too soon. There are plenty of places to do that in Philly that I haven't been to yet.
Nicely done, Marty.
Cheers!

If you are in the Delaware area (oh c'mon, it's not THAT ridiculous a thought)
My sister starts a new job in Wilmington on 11/1. I'll mention this to her...although she really prefers a place like the New Orleans Cafe in Media, PA. -Dave
