i recently bought a gateway 933 deluxe. it was ready to go online right after i took it out of the box. it also came with a lot of software. i'm not to keen in computers but i found it really easy to get by. when i have a problem i call gateway and they assist me in fixing it. compared to what i'm use to this is a great computer. and the best thing is i can trade it in when i want to up grade. i went into a gateway store, told them i don't know much about computers. they didn't try to take advantage of me, they asked what i want to use it for and they helped me pick out one that was in my budget.
