To some it up very quickly, this item is great! I purchased this a few days ago at my local Target store for $129.99 (plus tax). First of all, that is the lowest I have EVER paid for a new vacuum cleaner. Second, out of all the vacuum cleaners that I have purchased, this one is the most powerful, seems to clean the floor the most efficiently, and seems to have the best air filter yet. Every time I vacuum now, it smells like I have the Ionic breeze turned on. I haven't read-up on exactly what a Hepa-Media-Filter is, but it works, and it works well. I suffer from allergies like you would not believe, and (living in West Texas) any vacuum that I can operate and not get my eyes started watering, is a good one. I really like the "clear view bagless" feature, I like being able to see what is coming out of my carpet each time I vacuum, and I like how easy it is to empty. Most vacuum cleaners (especially the really expensive ones (over $500) have a REALLY difficult and "easy to break" removable "bagless" feature. The Bissell, well, just seems like it's made to last, and the price is missing a digit if you ask me. It’s well worth more than the "premium" vacuum's out there. TRUST ME!

Oh, I almost forgot, the "Clean Carpet Sensor" seems to be pretty accurate, I don't know how practical it is going to be, but it's a nice "bell/whistle" to add on.
