I bought CYBERsitter 9.0 less than a month ago and it blocked a lot of objectionable material. Although it has many features and blocked some links to non-objectionable material, it worked for the most part.
It doesn't block all porn if that is what you want. You need to block access to google.com for it to be effective, which is weak and the support department did not have a solution for the following problem:
1. go to www.google.com
2. enter "site:www.evilangel.com"
3. click on the cached link
4. the entire page is shown. All links are accessible. Porn video clips are viewable.

This is very weak. No need to go into reg edit, just use google.
