I shop from Overstock routinely and have always been delighted until something went wrong.
The customer "service" was unbelievably bad. They just couldn't get it straight. A new person answers the phone or email each time and they keep compounding mistakes upon the last. This was for really simple stuff (one of 4 watches did not arrive).
The mistakes were so stupid and infuriating, that I am afraid to ever shop from them again. Particularly if it is an expensive item that might arrive broken, might not arrive, or that I might want to return. I also will steer clear of their auction site because the service is so inept.
