Nice when you cant even trust the producers claims

Pros: a perfect wrist-rest!!! just dont use it anywhere near a computer!
Cons: simply doesn't work with an optical mouse as claimed on the package!

I completely agree with what my predecessor "drmikenyc" has said about this product: it's a complete dupe! I wonder if this manufacturer tests their products before printing such claims like "optical mouse friendly" on the package, which, upon the first try turns out to be a complete fraud. or are they purposely misleading us comsumers into buying it?!. well, sorry to inform you guys, but this policy screwed up your reputation with me!
I think it's just beyond funny how my optical mouse (a simple logitec, non-wireless) seems to work perfectly fine on ANY other surface, no matter what structure or color: my white desk, a black painted wooden board off my cd-rack, a piece of paper, ... probably even my socks or t-shirt or any other kinda fabric ... but where DOESN'T it work?!?! on a product which was EXCLUSIVELY made for the pure purpose of being used underneath a computer mouse! it's hilarious!!!
In fact I have to say, that the model I have is not the exact one being reviewed by the others (mine's black), but it's the same manufacturer. I bought it last week and didn't have the time to return it yet, it's lying on the floor across my room and I don't bother to waste my time and go over there to find out which exact model it is, because obviously this is not an issue, since all (or at least those two) products of this company seem to fulfill their purpose in the same unsatisfying way!
i'd recommend: back off from these products and buy a plain gel-filled wrist-rest without an actual mouse-pad attached to it, cuz that's what i'm gonna do.
