Pros: In view of the poor service I can think of absolutely no Pros.
Cons: Sales reps are, at best, poorly trained and/or deceptive. Service is unacceptable.
The Bottom Line: Avoid this service(?) at all cost. They do not provide the service they promise up front.

This company is the pits. I was lied to when I contracted for the service and have been lied to everytime I have gone back to them for help. I purchased their Span America plan and was told it was nation wide. That I could make and receive calls anywhere in the United States. I can't even go 100 miles from my home before the service is unavailable. When I try to use the phone I can only get a message from Verison Wireless telling me that my call can not be completed as dialed and there is no way to dial it differently. I can not make calls, I can not receive calls, and I can not retrieve voicemail messages although US Cellular seems to have no trouble contacting my phone to tell me that I have a voicemail message which I can't get untill I return home. Recently I took a vacation and was unable to use my phone for seven days. When I complained I was told "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Next time let us know when you are going to be out of your service area". I have to tell them when I am going to travel a hundred miles away so they can be prepared??? My local service center(where I purchased this K-mart blue light special) didn't offer any solutions and would only say "We aren't perfect". PERFECT?? they are below sub-standard.
