entered my order for a Halloween Costume on October 7th. The site said all orders would be processed within 2-3 days of order, shipping takes 6-10 days. It has now been 19 days (almost 3 weeks) and though they charged my credit card, I still haven't received my order or any correspondence from the company.
To add to my frustration, all the phone lines have been disconnected, as well as the fax lines. I've emailed several times and contacted them through the web site and not only are they not answering emails but they say they can't get to them AFTER Halloween.
They have not contacted me and I have not received a tracking number so I can only assume I will receive the product after Halloween which I will not be able to return due to their "return policy" or I won't receive it at all.
If so, I will be contacting my credit card company to refuse payment and I will also contact the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and anyone else I can to spread the word of the terrible service and the fishy details regarding this transaction (not being able to contact anyone in the company or get answers)
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
At the very least I deserved contact from the company to let me know I wouldn't be receiving the product in the specified time.
