I bought this for my wife last Christmas and she loved everything about it. One big problem. It stopped working ten months later. Once that happens you'll find out, like I have, that their customer service is somewhere between poor to non-existent. After finally getting a hold of someone, they're telling me that the warranty period is 120 days. This is not what my user manual says! Nobody in their right mind should buy a product from a company with a 120 day warranty anyway, especially when it used to be a year. This tells me that they don't believe in the reliability of their product anymore.
