This is a great read for any drinker of the poor American immitations, which compromise too much. I tend to define pilsner pretty loosely in my own reviews. What I really look for is a dry hoppy finish. Bohemia is very often overlooked because it's Mexican but I think it's a good example. I hear that North Coast make a good pilsner which I keep forgetting to look out for.
