Do Not Buy anything from www.wirefly.com(INPHONIC carrier) or any website contracted with www.inphonic.com!!! NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.. you'll have to email them for any corrections on your phone order. The wirefly advertised the LG L1400 camera phone for $124.99 with $150.00 rebate, and i would make $25.01. I confirmed this deal with the wirefly sales representative, TWICE! she said everything was correct. When i received the confirmation E-mail, I received a bill with $149.99 for the LG L1400 Phone, and only $100.00 rebate. I called back, one representative said the supervisor was not available. He wouldn't help me, so i asked him who is the next in charge, and he said no one.. so, i asked him, "without supervisor, this place is self managed?" and he replied "yes.. but we can't help you." so, I hung up, called right back again, another lady picked up the phone. I asked for the supervisor, and she transferred my call to the supervisor in 2 second!!! The supervisor said he'll take care of it... only thing i can do is wait.. and he can't do anything! other than email Inphonic's (www.inphonic.com) customer service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! !!! AVOID! I'M filing Fraud claim with my credit company immediately to stop this order. (oh yea.. another thing.. it is WIREFLY'S POLICY that the customers have to wait until their THIRD phone bill in order to process the rebate. which expires in 2 month!!!!) I'm in the army, and the chain of command in Wirefly/Inphonic.com can be compared to the current Afghanistan government! jus horrible! If you're a veteran... definitely avoid their customer service! very frustrating... they don't know whose in charge!
