I think your review is very nicely written. I did WW's several years ago before flex points and lost about 25-30 lbs, then used low carb (Atkins) to get to my final goal weight. I came back since Flex Points, but the second time around I found I was hungry ALL the time. 20 daily points and my 35 flex for the week were gone in a few days and I was still hungry. I really want to try Core this time and would love to see a bit more information in your review about the Core. For example, what specific foods are in the plan i'd love to see some examples. Other than that great review.

....Weight Watchers Online back in September and did the Flex plan for awhile, but I really didn't have much luck with it myself :-(
I exercise alot and was always "cheating" on my points because I was always hungry, so the weight didn't come off. Not the programs fault though, just mine!
Anyway, I only have about 15 pounds or so to lose, so maybe one of these days I'll find the magic bullet.
So glad Weight Watchers has worked so well for you and that you've had great success!! Thanks for sharing your experience :-)
