Good item quality, UPS delivery to Canada, Additional custom taxes

I shop online first time in my life and it was with Twister Group. I bought a Sennheiser headphones. My decision to use Twister was based on the other customers reviews and the good price of the cans. The condition of the item was as expected - no surprises.
The site is easy to navigate - you can use the local search engine to find what you need, you can check the availability, find some technical information, check delivery costs etc. Ordering is easy step-by-step process. It's good to read the Terms and conditions section, especially if you are outside USA. There is information about the warranty, the returned items and other important stuff.
I received 2 e-mails from Twister one immediately to confirm my order and the second, 4 or 5 days later sending me the tracking number (then I had my credit card charged). A link from the second e-mail is redirecting you directly in the UPS site and you can track your item using the tracking number. It's easy and useful!
I received my delivery 12 day after my order.
In conclusion - I would buy again from Twister! I think they do a good business.
You save real money, but in my opinion, it's better DO NOT use online shopping if you have urgent need of the item, if you're expecting many years of warranty or if you're are not sure what you're buying (make good research before).
I save about 15% of the price, comparing to the Canadian in the audio stores. I thought it would even more, but I had to pay, except the taxes, some customs fee for the item, and obviously, some fee to UPS as a customs agent. Be prepared for that if you buy from Canada.
As about the bad customer service - my advice is to be careful when you make your order. I'm sure, if problem occurs it would be fixed, but it will cost you extra time, phones calls and contacts with rude customer support officers. I'm sure the customer service is bad, even without calling by phone. They had mistakes in my address, so UPS tried to deliver to another place. Fortunately, the UPS tracking helps to see if there is something wrong and after a call to UPS the delivery was arranged.
