You absolutely correct . . . in fact I think there was an article just recently in the WSJ about such a business model. The Body Shop is another that has adopted such a model.
Great review. I feel lucky to actually visited the company HQ in Medford, Oregon where my brother lives! :)
Since I'm not an advisor in this category I'll give you a VH and let the hats in the category figure out how to correctly place this.

I have one of these stores near me, and I love it. The selection is great and the employees have always been so helpful when I've gone in. I love the frequent buyer card. I've earned the truffles bonus, and am working on the discount. Great review.

hi...I am not going to rate this. As it is I am the only one who rated a product OT in a cagegory in which I am an advisor and feel pretty badly about it. I'm waiting for help in my assessment of the review's placement. In any case it is a great review and as neither a TR or Advisor in this category, I'll just leave it at that. jo

I have agree here as well. This should be about the Online Store and not the actual store.

Dawn,
You are absolutely correct in placing this review under it's current location. In the current business environment, companies are more readily adopting a click and bricks retail model. This further eliminates the need for two separate Epinions sub-categories.
Amy and Erin, as CL and NAs, could you please try to move this listing under the correct category, instead of justifying your OT rating?

Note the Category Hierarchy. Sorry to be so strict, but there are no categories for reviewing brick and mortar stores.
The review is still about the brick and mortar store, other than a blurb about the URL and your phone call.
If you really want this posted, perhaps it should go to the writer's corner?

There are two listings for Harry and David on Epinions. One of the listings clearly states that it is for reviewing the online store. This listing just says "Harry and David". So I figured I could review the actual store. Since there are two distinct listings for Harry and David ... one for the online store, and one that just says Harry and David ... I thought it would be okay to write about my store experience.

Hi,
I loved your review and found it very helpful, but unless I misunderstood, you didn't actually use the website.
I think your information about the store and its offerings was great, but unless there is some order experience online I'm afraid in my opinion this is ot. If I overlooked something please let me know so I can take another look.
