My unit was received damaged. I sent an e-mail and was called by Joe, a customer service rep, approximately 3 days later. He took all the information and said he would contact me within a week. I'm hoping to hear back from him within the next 3 days to resolve the issue. I would shop at this site again depending on the resolution.
