Ordered product on 11/17/04 @ noon.They e-mail me to confirm the order and shipping.I shipped it 2nd day air,it was $14.95. Called on 11/22/04 @ 11:15am to find the statues on my order.He told me that they do not have the product and that the truck will not show up till 3pm.I told him I was not going to pay for a service I have not receive.His response was " Well I don't know about that."
I told him I want to speak to his boss. He said " Do you want to cancel your order? I said YES. I will never deal with this unorganized company again!
