The Spongebob Squarepants movie IS just like a a long episode of the cartoon. But that's the point, isn't it? In the movie, we get an hour and a half of Spongebob and Patrick's crazy antics. The jokes and hijinks don't stop and we even get more development for some of the characters we don't see that often on Nickolodean (King Neptune, Mindy.)

At times the movie drags a little, but overall it's a great night out whether you have kids or not. The movie is filled with fun music, and as usual, the jokes cater to those of all ages.
