I was online the other week looking for a trashcan with a lid. What I found was a hamper with a lid. In pink. But it was precious and I had to have it, even though I don't have a baby.
Anyway, I purchased it through Baby Bungalow. Here's what happened:
They processed my order and charged my card right away. But they never sent me an internet invoice.
Three weeks later I was getting suspicious that I have been duped, so I contacted them through the telephone number on their website. No one answered, and I redailed them probably 20 times. I left a message and no one ever called me back.
I also contacted them via email saying that they had charged me on such and such day and that I still had not heard from them. Please refund my money, I said, or send the product ASAP.
They got back to me via email the same day and said that the product ships directly from the supplier, so they don't know what the status is but they will find out. I emailed them the next day to reiterate that I either want the product or I want my money back. I didn't hear from them again, but my hamper arrived with the next 7 days.
At first I was livid. But, the product got to me via Fed Ex in very good condition, and the hamper itself is very high quality. I do wonder what would have happened if I didn't contact them myself. They seem disorganized.
Overall, I would probably use them again. However, I recommend that they do something to make sure that people's orders don't fall through the cracks.
