I ordered a range hood at the end of October and did not receive the product that supposed to be in stock until 3 weeks later. The product came in damaged and I called them to get a new one shipped out. Another 2 weeks passed before I received another damaged shipment. I decided to simply return the product and get a refund. I was told the claim had to be made with UPS. After countless calls to UPS, I found out they did not make the claim until 5 days after my original phone call. Finally UPS told me the claim had been made and to call AJ to get my refund. After being on hold for 45 minutes (for the 5th time), the woman put another guy on the phone and he continued to argue with me that these things take time and I would get my money. He offered to sell me the damaged product at ˝ off. After declining the offer and telling him I wanted my money back immediately, he continued to tell me he "didn't need my money" and got extremely verbal and said have a good day and hung up on me. I then contacted UPS and they told me the claim was only made for half of what I paid, so I am figuring he makes ˝ his money on the claim, sells to me for ˝ off and then makes his money without selling a thing. Please avoid this company, also known as Star Creations in Brooklyn, NY. They messed with the wrong person. Go somewhere else!!!!

The customer ordered a range hood for 50.00. In good faith, we sent him the unit twice because it was unfortunately damaged by UPS.
We advised him it will take one week, for UPS to confirm the claim and then we will immediately give him a full refund. These are the facts.
We only charge the consumer if he is fully satisfied with the shipment.
