Great company, feel safe buying from them

I just placed my 3rd order with music123.com about a week ago and have had absolutely no problems with them what-so-ever up until my last order.
First off, I'll start by saying that they're price match guarantee is not phony, like I've read in some other reviews. They were selling the drumset I was looking for at $949.00. I found it cheaper on musiciansfriend for $899 so I put in a price quote request. They gave me a custom quote for $849 AND payed for the $60 shipping. I really couldn't be much happier with this price. Then it happened....
I got my drumset and it was like unwrapping a christmas present until I realized, THEY DIDNT PACK THE BASSDRUM OR FLOOR TOM HEADS!!!! This was the manufacturers fault as they should have been in the box with the drumset. I didn't want to stare at a drumset that I couldn't play so I called music123. They said it would be 3 weeks till they could ship the heads out to me. I thought to myself "What kinda bs is that I only have 3 weeks to evaluate the product!!" I was in a really bad mood so I went out and bought the heads myself at a local music store. It came to something like $80 so I got home, called music123 and told them to re-imburse me. She said only up to $25. Now I was REALLY mad and was getting ready to call them back up and tell them off when I got an email. It said I could pick any heads I wanted off their site and they'd be promptly shipped to me. Of course I took advantage of this and ordered the best heads on the entire site which made my anger magically turn to happiness... and that's why I'm writing this review.
After reading this review, you might be thinking that I hate music123 and you should too, but it's really the opposite. I hate the manufacturer of my drumset. It was their error and music123 corrected it. Music123 had absolutely no say it what was packed in that box but still made sure I got what I was missing and more. Bottom line really, the support on the phone sucked but when it was forwarded to a higher authority I got much more than I expected and should have gotten.
