Bought a Epiphone Ace Frehley Guitar. Fast shipping, received guitar 2 days later. Great experience. The next guitar I ordered was not a good experience at all.Music 123 has a policy that they will match and beat any price on the web. That's where Music123 gets sneaky. I ordered a Silvertone Paul Stanley cracked Mirror guitar.I found a better deal on this guitar and music123 matched the price. But instead music123 sent me blemished guitar that was beat up. The 123 customer service was great. 123 apologized and sent me another guitar to fix the problem. The 2nd guitar that I received had a cracked neck and was dinged. The 123 customer service team again was kind and had me send both guitars back free of charge. I thought the third time would be a charm, but it was all the same. Music123 sent me another blemished B Stock guitar with a cracked neck. That guitar was sent back also. Needless to say a 4th guitar was ordered with the same problem. I also sent that blemished guitar back to music123. A 123 salesman called me to say that the guitars that were sent to me had cracked paint and stated that cracked paint does not mean a cracked neck. I disagree. I'm no Bob Vila, but if there is crack in the paint, then that usually means a crack is deeper. The salesman said he would have the next guitar checked and shipped with more secure packing. Then a 5th guitar came to my door with the same result. Another blemished B stock guitar with cracked binding and dinged up paint. That guitar was sent back also.
The moral of the story is if you get a better deal somewhere else, you should take the deal somewhere else.
