I had never used Visual Apex prior to this experience so I was a little leery using them for a two thousand plus dollar purchase. An amazing amount of website stores are real hazy regarding a physical address which I think seems a bit shaky. Visual Apex had a solid verifiable street address which I took as a good sign. Alice Anderson answered all my questions with friendly, knowledgeable professionalism. Alice checked that they had the specific unit I wanted in stock and said they would ship it out the next day. I actually changed my mind on shipping from ground to second day air to get the delivery before the upcoming weekend and had to call back and leave a voice mail regarding this. Alice promptly returned my call (another sign of a business interested in customer service rather than lip service) and made the change seamlessly . I received follow up tracking numbers and suggested delivery acceptance instructions. The delivery was on time as promised and was packaged excellently with some bonus connectors added in with a thank you note. I also received a follow up email asking if everything about the purchase had gone well and if I had any operational questions about my purchase. Everything went perfect with my order, but they seemed on top of the situation and ready and willing to help with any snag that may have come up. I strongly recommend both Alice and Visual Apex to anyone interested in any product they sell. I also can recommend the Panasonic TH- 42PWD7UY, which is what I purchased from Visual Apex. If you are after an ED monitor I think this one has the best picture quality, the best stats regarding the weaknesses of plasma monitors and I love the understated black framing versus the more usual silver. I think the black blends better with letter boxed movies than the silver does. It looks classy turned on and turned off.
