I have been buying products from Newegg for years as I build computers for myself as well as friends and customer as my hobby has turned into a small business. I would like to make it clear I do not get special pricing or preferred service from them nor have I asked for them.
In the last few months I had two Computer cases delivered in different months that I refused because of obvious damage to them and the Fed Ex carrier returned them as refused. In each case I notified Newegg customer service by email what had occurred and reordered the cases to complete my orders.
I received credit on both cases promptly after they were received by them. With the last case I noticed that credit had not been given for the shipping upon checking the previous case same thing. I then dropped a line to service asking them for the credit, with in two days they responded that credit for shipping had been issued.
This type of service is what keeps customers returning but I have to be honest I have never really had a problem with them oversights perhaps but people are human and they always made prompt corrections. I purchased so many thing from them over the years one would expect problems but as far as I am concerned there have been NO PROBLEMS just great service which we all really look for.
So for myself as well as most people why really shop else where because your best buys and service is at NEWEGG!
