My experience with eBuyer is a little mixed. Normally whenever I buy anything from any web site, no sooner do you finish the transaction and you have a confirmation e-mail in your inbox immediately. With eBuyer.com (on my first purchase so far) I never received a confirmation e-mail.
My purchase was a 512mb XD picture card for a digital camera that I found for $75.99 with FREE S&H (a price I searched high and low to try to beat, but could not). So their prices are probably the best around.
As for delivery speed I ordered it on Wednesday 12/01/2004, and I received it on Saturday 12/04/2004 despite the fact that they said it was predicted to arrive by 12/10/2004. So three days to ship at six days earlier than what they predicted was excellent.
They did have a place on their site where you could check on your order in your account section (I was thankful that I chose to print the receipt page as I normally wait for the e-mail...which didn't come), but they gave me a tracking number for USPS.com that when I checked it...even after the package was shipped...it still said: " There is no record of that item. If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again later."
Now to the condition of what was shipped to me. When I opened the padded envelope the item was completely factory "fresh fruit" sealed the exact way you would expect it to be if you bought it from a retail store, without a trace of being tampered with or anything like that, so it was in perfect condition.
All in all, if they sent a confirmation e-mail, and the tracking number worked, it would have been a flawless experience, but seeing as how I have heard some nightmares from buying from this site (by reading other peoples epinions), I think I came out just fine with my purchase and would probably buy from them again, just knowing what to expect.
