Lies! Lies! Lies!
I placed an order for 2 DVD's on 11/19/2004. I received a confirming email stating my order had been received. On 11/22/2004 I received an email stating that one of my DVD's was not in stock so it was removed from my order. I ordered multiple DVD's because the shipping charge is much less for additional items. They did not offer to backorder the item or reorder it with the lower shipping charge. The message also stated that my other item had shipped on 11/22/2004. Several different times I checked the website to track my order but that information was never available. On 12/08/2004 I checked the tracking again and received a USPS tracking number. Using that number I found out that the order actually shipped on 12/02/2004 not 11/22/2004 as the message from the company stated. When I received the order the mailing date on the package was 12/02/2004. Inside the package, the invoice states the order date was 11/30/2004 when I have a confirming email that states the order date was 11/19/2004 and another email that states the order was SHIPPED on 11/22/2004! The invoice also states the order was shipped on 12/01/2004. Obviously the company communicates misleading information to the customer. What remains to be determined is if misleading the customer is deliberate or just a result of mismanagement. BEWARE!
I sent a message to customer service to explain all of these inconsistent dates. THEY DID NOT RESPOND!
