readers beware, the geniuses that ran boardparadise are back under a new title following they're inevitable bankruptcy. they have regrouped as "bprideshop" and "axisrideshop" - both under the according .com website. they're running the same crap operation they were before. DO NOT shop at either one of these sites!!!

This review is a load of bull. No doubt it's an employee who works there. Here's a tip for you. Instead of wasting your time writing fake reviews here, invest in your business and take care of your customers so that you can get genuine, positive reviews from REAL customers. Until then, go f* yourself.

I decided to make a purchase here after they were having a 50% off sale on their Rainbow sandals. I placed my order, waited 2 weeks for them to let me know that the pair I ordered was out of stock. Fine, but they already charged my credit card. How is this place a legitimate business when they charge you for something they don't have in stock? I asked for a refund, and they gave me a freaking store credit. How dare you, you conniving bastards. I had to send another email to request a refund to my credit card, which I am still waiting on. It's been 22 days, and counting. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I will be writing a letter to the BBB about this shoddy, piece-of-crap business.

Boardparadise / sandalsuperstore.com should be avoided.
My fiance placed an order for a pair of Reef sandals with this company at the beginning of October. The sandals were supposed to ship within the week. However, sandalsupertore.com did not have them in stock. Rather than tell my fiance they would be unable to fulfill the order, they billed her credit card and said nothing. When called/emailed on a more or less weekly basis they always said they were expecting the order any day now.
Finally, last week, after speaking with "Molly" in customer service, my fiance asked them to change the order to a particular style that they did have in stock. 1 week later, after those had not shipped, and speaking to "Rachel," she found out that the order had never been changed.
Now that the order has been canceled, we are just hoping that they remember to credit the money back to my fiance's visa account.
