FRANSHAE's Full Review: Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly for GameCube
I haven't wrote in a while and usually my opinions are on movies. I love movies but I have found a new passion that I've never had. I moved in with my boyfriend and he has a gamecube. He bought Spyro Enter The Dragonfly for me because he thought I would enjoy it. I love it. Spyro is a dragon that has to collect back the dragonflies that have been taken by the evil Riptocs. The dragonflies are very special and fly in from all over to be with their own dragon for a momentous event. Spyro needs to save them and return them. He starts off in the home world of Dragon Realms which is filled with different challenges offering dragonflies if completed. There are nine realms, many portals that will transfer you to the home realm, challenges or a different realm. Along the way of collecting these tiny dragonflies, Spyro runs into many creatures awaiting his help. Enter The Dragonfly is so colorful throughout. Little creatures run around such as sheep, ducks, frogs and bunnies. They are dragonfly snacks which nourish Spyro's health. You collect shiny gems and different breaths that helps banish your enemies. The game has so many sounds. Everything you do sounds aloud and pulls you into the game more. I really like the Ice Breath, it freezes your enemy on contact. Also, Spyro has many vehicles such as spaceships, planes, tanks and etc. to help in challenges. Sometimes operating them is difficult but you will get the hang of it. The game includes Spyro's good friends who talks him through obstacles. I really enjoy this game and many others that I will write about. It's not as easy as you may think either. There's four more Spyro's that I know about, three on gameboy advance and the newest version on xbox and gamecube that I know of.
Having made waves on the Game Boy Advance with Spyro: Season of Ice and Spyro 2: Season of Flame, the dragon with a 'tude debuts on the Nintendo GameC...More at HitGaming.com
