the best book I read about raising teenage daughters was "Reviving Ophelia" by Dr Mary Pipher - you might want to check it out - it really describes some of the things that teenage girls are struggling with, and what we as adults might be able to do to help - thanks for the comment - keep writing - i'll check out your pages

I'm am raising two teenagers right now along with a 4 year old. My son is 17, already graduated from High School and works a 30 hour job. He always lets me know he's almost 18 and he should be allowed to stay out as late as he wants etc...
My rule-If you are living in my house, you follow my rules, no matter how old you are. It quite funny to see this "I'm almost 18....." boy asking mama to wake him up for work, and them asking the same old mama to drive him to work and pick him up. Nope, he may be almost 18, but he has a lot of growing up to do! My 15 year old girl, well, that's different. SHE IS DRIVING ME NUTS! I kinda think that's the way it is supposed to be. Great Review! I think you need a new keyboard - your SHIFT key does not seem to be working properly.
